Privacy policy

This page explains what agentsetup.co collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated 6 November 2026.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name if you give it, when you ask for the free Agent Setup Guide or apply for Agent Ops.
• What you tell us in a form: team size and the process you want help with.
• Your booking details when you book an Agent Setup Session.
• Where you came from: the ad or link you clicked (UTM tags and the Meta click id) and basic page-visit data from the Meta pixel.

Payments

Payments for the Agent Setup Library, single guides and the Agent Setup Session are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and are never stored by us. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how it handles them.

How we use it

To send you the guide you asked for, a short series of follow-up emails over ten days, booking confirmations and reminders, and receipts. To reply to your application. To see which ads bring readers, so we can stop paying for the ones that do not.

Who else sees it

Our service providers only: GoHighLevel (our forms, email and booking system), Stripe (payments) and Meta (ad measurement). We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, reply to any email from us or write to the address below and we will do it.
